Our underwriting and claims team are recognised experts in transactional liability insurance. We’re multilingual (speaking English, German, Italian and Spanish), and our underwriters hold legal qualifications across multiple jurisdictions. We underwrite complex cross-border deals with speed and genuine expertise.

Underwriting appetite: We work across all industries, with particular experience in IT, technology, food, pharmaceuticals, real estate, renewables and infrastructure. Our sweet spot is small and mid-cap transactions with enterprise values up to €500m.
Claims: are managed in-house from notification to resolution and led by Owen Dacey, a UK-qualified solicitor with over 20 years' experience in complex international financial lines. We provide a single point of contact throughout, retaining day-to-day oversight while working closely with capacity providers. We bring in trusted external advisers where they add clear value.
Capacity and backing: Full delegated authority fronted by Accredited Insurance (Europe) Ltd. (AM Best: A−) and backed by market-leading reinsurers.
Jurisdictions: We write UK and European transactions as standard. Other jurisdictions may be considered subject to underwriting review, fronting arrangements and carrier approval.
